Ticket Policy

For those who purchase their tickets before the day of the event via the box office by phone or in person : You will pick up your tickets any time before the day of the show or the night of the show at the "will call" desk and present them to the ushers. There will be a $.25 ticket fee as there always has been.

For those who purchase their tickets before the day of the event via internet and choose "will call" : You will pick up your tickets any time before the day of the show or the night of the show at the "will call" desk and present them to the ushers. There will be a $1.50 ticket fee as there always has been.

For those who purchase their tickets before the day of the event via internet and choose "E-ticket" YOU must print out your E-ticket. If you do not, you will be directed to the Credit Card/Check desk the night of the show and wait in line for us to print out your E-ticket. Patrons choosing this option should arrive at least a half an hour before the show. If you arrive to the show with your E-ticket you do not need to stop at the box office or the CC/C desk. Just present your E-ticket to the ushers.

For those wanting to purchase their tickets the evening of the event using cash please go to the box office. There will be a $.25 ticket fee as there always has been. Patrons choosing this option should arrive at least a half an hour before the show.

For those wanting to purchase their tickets the evening of the event using Credit Card/Check please go to the Credit Card/Check desk. There will be a $1.50 ticket fee. You will be issued an E-ticket to present to the ushers. Patrons choosing this option should arrive at least a half an hour before the show.

The box office and Credit Card/Check desk are both located just inside the front doors of the SBCPA. Reserved seating will only be available during pre-event day sale. The entire day of the event the box office and Credit Card/Check desk will be "best seat available".
